Course Registration

All course registrations are considered confirmed only after successful payment and verification.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• A course is canceled by Vitalize Academy.
• A technical issue prevents access to a purchased online course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You have attended or accessed a significant portion of the course.
• You are unable to attend due to personal reasons.
• You fail to complete the course.
• You violate our Terms of Service.

Course Cancellation

Vitalize Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may receive either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to another available program.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
